Friendly Banjos with Zack! is a one-hour interactive stage show for young families to connect, have fun, be silly, and make music together.
Zack’s original songs and stories explore themes of self-acceptance, resilience, patience, gratitude, and play. From affirmation songs and playful group moments to reflective pieces about breath, grounding, and big feelings, the work supports self-acceptance, confidence, and tools for finding patience, strength, and trust in oneself, while fostering real connection between caregivers and children.
Zack’s work is influenced by Fred Rogers, Pete Seeger, Ella Jenkins, and Jim Henson, and is rooted in his belief that everyone can make music. The show offers a welcoming space where families can relax, be silly, have fun, and simply be themselves.
